Coming from a background of weak muscles, super slow, overweight and an insecure place, I would have never thought that this is where I'd be today. My fitness journey has shaped into a strong, confident and independant woman who continues to grow by challenging herself every step of the way. I was once overweight, in a terrible relationship that was so toxic, that it left me in pieces, terrible eating habits, binge drinking, and zero sleep, I kept blaming myself for being so weak. It is then that I decided that I had to just GET UP and do it. I forced myself everyday to get up and get moving, slowly seeing changes, asking questions, looking for help and better understanding of my physical health. I was able to gather information from all sources onto enrolling into becoming a Certified Personal Trainer myself. 

Being in the gym and being active has changed my life for the better, it has aided me through all the difficulties, and has shown me how to keep going. When I'm with my clients and I see that same growth, I fall in love with this passion of mine even more. My girls have evolved in all areas of life, not just physical, but mentally.

Wether you are looking to loose weight, gain muscles, aid in injury rehabilitation, I am here to help. I specialize in Woman Fitness, hourglass shape, and strength training. If your looking for nutritional guidance, meal plans will be included in all training sessions excluding E-Books. I work with all types of eaters (vegetarians, pescatarians, meat eaters, etc.) I am however a Specialist in Vegan Muscle Building. I myself have been a Vegan for 4 years now, building strength and getting THICC, cruelty free.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During Our First Session

The first time we meet we will discuss your fitness goals and take body measurements to get a starting point. I will be going over a general and medical questionnaire with you before beginning our program. We will then go over some physical assessments that will determine any weak muscles or imbalances. I will then combine those assessments with your personal goals, to create a customized workout plan just for you! 

Sessions are 60 min
